    How many employees does the company have?
    As of November 2012, over 60 employees have been hired.
    What can you tell me about the management team?
    The management team is comprised of highly educated, experienced business people with various backgrounds. (Please see Executive Bios for further info)
    Are there any restrictions on who can join the company?
    No, as long as you are at least 18 years old (or the minimum age requirement to either be employed and/or self-employed in your region, country, state, province, county, city, etc.).
    Is there a cost to join the company?
    No. In fact, ADITnetwork's policy stipulates that no initial purchase of products or services is necessary to become a Member. Purchase of products and services by Members is entirely optional.



    • Is any sponsoring required to earn commissions?
      No sponsoring is required to earn commissions, as commissions are only paid on the sale of Ad Packages. You do not receive commissions for simply referring (sponsoring) people to become Members. However, when you purchase your own Ad Package for as little as $100, it qualifies you to receive commissions from the Binary part of the compensation plan.
      NOTE: Any reference herein to "sponsoring" or "sponsor" is simply descriptive of the method of building a downline (i.e. personally sponsoring other participants into the plan). The phrase is not intended to imply any connection between the simple act of recruitment or sponsorship in order to receive compensation, which would be illegal and against corporate policy.
      Is there a way to make money with this program without selling Ad Packages?
      Yes, there are three ways:
      • 1) Daily Ad View Revenue
        As an active Member, you can rate and review 20 ads/day, which qualifies you to receive up to 1%/day of your original Ad Package purchase price (to a maximum of 70% of your Ad Package purchase price);
      • 2) Selling Ad Points
        You can view and rate a maximum of 100 ads/day and then place your Ad Points on the Ad Point Platform (starting Jan 2013) and sell them to the merchants who will need them in order to pay for their advertisements on the Ad Browser, Market Place, and Global Yellow Page Directory;
      • 3) Consumer Credits
        You will be compensated 1 Consumer Credit for each dollar you spend with a merchant, through the Market Place. You can use these Consumer Credits to trade for Bid Points to use in the auctions; trade for Ad Points to pay for your advertisements if you are advertising on one of the platforms; trade for Reward Points , which can be used to purchase territories for long term residual income; put them up for sale on the Consumer Credit platform and sell them to other Members and pocket the cash.
      Can a free Member earn commissions?
      Yes. Free Members earn a flat 5% commission on Retail Ad Package sold to Merchants. However, Free members DO NOT participate in other parts of the compensation plan.
      Is there a time limit for Free Members to upgrade to active status by purchasing an Ad Package?
      No. A free member can remain a free member forever.
      Can I sponsor my spouse or other relatives living in the same household?
      Absolutely. However, Corporate discourages stacking, if it is purposely done to cut-out your sponsor and upline of their rightful commissions. Other than that, the sponsoring of multiple household relatives is allowed.
      What will happen if someone I sponsor purchases an Ad Package before me?
      This means you are a Free Member and you WILL NOT be able to participate in the compensation plan, so you will need to upgrade prior to registering new Members, in order to receive compensation. Otherwise, the compensation will compress past you and be paid to the next qualified upline Affiliate.
      How many registered accounts can I own?
      You are allowed to have 5 Ad Packages under 1 Member account number. You are only allowed to have 1 Member account registered under your personal name.
      How do I place a new Member on the Binary Tree?
      There are a couple different ways to do this:
      • 1) You will receive an email when your new Member purchases their Ad Package, asking you to place the new Member into your Binary Tree. You can click on this email and it will take you to the Placement page
      • 2) You can go into your back office, hover over "My Account" tab, choose "Placement for Downline" sub-tab; once on the "Placement for Downline" page, simply put your new Member's ID# in the box under "Distributor ID".
        Next, if you have no preference as to which leg the new Member goes onto, then simply hit the green "AutoGet" button to place them at the bottom of your weaker leg. The "AutoGet" feature will automatically populate the box with the Member ID # for the last person at the bottom of your A or B leg, whichever is the weaker of your 2 legs at that time. This will now be the Upline ID # for your new Member.
        You are still the Sponsor, the Upline ID # is simply the last person at the bottom of your weaker leg that your new Member will be coded in under. If you want to manually choose which leg the new Member goes into, then simply go to your Binary tree, go all the way to the bottom of the desired leg and write down the last Member ID# for that leg. Manually place this number into the "Upline ID" box on the "Placement for Downline" page and choose the correct corresponding leg (A or B).
        Now click the "Submit" button. It will ask you to confirm this placement, as the placement will be final (you CAN NOT change it once it's complete). You will now get a notice that the placement was successful.
      How do I view my Binary Team Members?
      This is very easy to do. Log into your back office. Hover over "Downline" tab and choose "View Binary Tree" sub-tab.
      How do I view my unilevel structure?
      This is very easy to do. Log into your back office. Hover over "Downline" tab and choose "View Sponsor Tree" sub-tab.
      How do I find my personally sponsored Member's Contact information?
      This is very easy to do. Log into your back office. Hover over "Downline" tab and choose "Sponsor-Team Members" sub-tab.
      How do I find free Members that have not yet upgraded?
      In your back office, hover over the "Downline" tab, then click on "Binary-Team Members" sub-tab. Once the bottom right-hand corner of the "Registration Time" box. This will sort the spreadsheet and give you all the Members that have registered but not purchased a package yet.
      How do I find Member information on Members that requested a refund?
      If they are not personally sponsored by you, you cannot get their exact Member details, only their ID # and Display Name. In your back office, hover over "Statistics" tab and then click on the "uCash Hitstory" sub-tab. Choose your beginning and end date and then click in the "Decrease" box. Next click on the "Seach" button. This will give you all the deducted amounts from your uCash account. Click in the bottom right-hand corner of the "type" box and it will sort the deducted Leadership and Sponsor ship Bonuses to the top of the spreadsheet.
      Can the company give me the contact information of refunded Members?
      It is company policy to not share Member information with other Members.

    • What are the different ways to be compensated on Ad Packages and other sales?
      • Qualified Members can make money several ways with ADITnetwork, as follows:
      • 1 Unilevel: Paid Daily. Your Ad Package level will determine how many generations out of the 10-generation unilevel you will qualify to earn commissions on. The Sponsor Bonus is a flat 10% on all direct sales, and the Leadership Bonuses range from to 1% to 4% per generation, up to 10 generations. There is daily compression on these earnings. You will receive a residual commission when each of your Members renew their Ad Packages every 6 months. You will also earn additional commissions as members in your group upgrade their Ad Packages.

      • 2 Binary: Paid Monthly. The Binary pays 10% of the total Commission Volume (CV) of the weaker leg, with no flushing of points, no cap on earnings, no required balance between the A and B leg, and CV points pay to infinity. For example, let's say the accumulated CV in your strong leg this month is 500,000, with the weak leg being 200,000, then your Binary commission would be $20k (10%). The left over 300,000 CV points in the strong leg (on which a commission was not earned) will carry over to the next month.

      • 3 Marketing Bonus: Paid Monthly. "Matching Binary Commission Checks" are calculated down 8 generations. They are figured as a percentage of the Binary commissions that your downline team Members earned through their own binary structures for the month. You MUST have purchased a $2,000 (Professional) Ad Package or above, and met group CV requirements in order to qualify. Within these 8 generations, non-qualified Members will not be included, which creates compression. For example: Member A enrolls Member B. If Member B earns $10,000 in Binary commissions this month, then Member A will receive a $4,000 Matching Bonus, which is 40% of Member B's commission. Now Member B enrolls Member C. If Member C earns $20,000 in Binary commissions, then Member B receives an $8,000 Matching Bonus, (which is 40% of C's commission), and Member A receives a $4,000 Matching Bonus because of Member C. The total Matching Bonus that Member A receives this month is $8,000, due to Member B and Member C's Binary earnings. Binary Matching Bonus commissions are also compressed, which means if any Member in your Binary are not at the "Growth" ($2,000) Ad Package level or higher, any Matching Bonuses that they would have earned are compressed up to the next qualified Member

      • 4 Retail Commissions: Members will receive up to a 40% commission for selling Retail Ad Packages. Retail Ad Package sales pay upline two generations. The retail packages can be found by hovering over the "Products" tab, then click on "Buy Products" sub-tab, in your back office. Packages start at $500 and go all the way up to $30,000.

      • 5 Top Achievers Bonus Cash Option: You can find the qualification requirements in the back office. Hover over "Home" tab, then click on the "Bonus Policy" sub-tab. Once you've qualified to receive one of these bonuses, you have the option to take the cash equivalent instead.

      • 6 Growth Achievement Bonus: Paid Monthly. 2% of ADITnetwork's monthly business revenue is paid out to the top 30 Affiliates in the world, which have the most new volume in their first 3 generations for the month. It is paid out by weighted average. This simply means the company averages it out by the % of the overall volume that came from each of the Top 30 Affiliates and that is the % of the Bonus Pool each will receive.

      • 7 Marketplace Income: Paid Monthly. Members will get discounts at partner stores of the marketplace. For each Merchant the Members enroll into the Marketplace, they will earn a 30% commission on the 5% merchant pays ADITnetwork, from the increased monthly sales the merchant received from being part of the Market Place. For example: You sign up a merchant that ends up paying ADITnetwork $1,000 per month, you will earn $300 per month from that ONE merchant account. Coming in 2013

      • 8 Annual Marketplace Contracts: Paid upon completion and renewal of Merchant contracts. If a Member makes a one-year contract sale in the Marketplace, they will be entitled to 40% of the gross sale. For example, you enroll a new car dealership for a one-year, $400,000 contract; you would earn $160,000 upfront and each time your personally referred merchant renews the same contract. (Coming in 2013)

      • 9 Regional Territory Income: Members can purchase Region 1, 2 & 3 territories and earn overrides on all sales generated within such territories. Territories could easily product significant annual passive incomes, depending on the size and location of territory, and how many merchants and Members are creating sales within such territories.
      Does the compensation plan offer compression?
      Yes. You can benefit from daily and monthly compression in the Binary,10-generation Unilevel, and the 8 Generation Matching Bonus Checks!
      How much does ADITnetwork pay out in commissions?
      The company pays out up to 75% of its' total monthly revenue.
      Does ADITnetwork guarantee earnings?
      No. See the Income Disclosure Statement below:
      The Earnings used as examples in any presentation of ADITnetwork are not necessarily represented of the income, if any, that an ADITnetowrk affiliate can or will earn though his or her partition in the ADITnetowrk compensation plan. These are simply used as examples.
      Success with ADITnetowork results ONLY from successful sales efforts, which requires hard work, diligence and leadership. Your success will depend on how effectively you excurse these qualities.
      Do I have to repurchase my original Ad Package every 180 days to stay commission qualified?
      Yes and no. ADITnetwork's policy stipulates that you MUST have an active Ad Package, renewable every 6 months, in order to remain an active Member. However, it does not state what the amount of that sale must be. Please, keep in mind that if you choose to renew your Ad Package with a smaller Ad Package amount, then you could forfeit any commissions due on generations not qualified by your new Ad Pacakge level. (i.e. If you are a VIP Member, then renew as an Economy Member; and you had commissions from levels 4-10, you would not earn them any longer. An Economy Member is only qualified to 3 generations of the unilevel.) You would lose any matching bonus checks as well, since you must renew at the $2000 level or above to qualify for them.
